My order has the status “Shipment announced electronically”Updated a year ago

As soon as you receive your shipping confirmation, we have handed over your order to DHL - even if the status is still announced electronically in the tracking. The reason for this is as follows: We usually hand over several orders to DHL at once and the orders only receive the next scan in the distribution center, which can take up to 5 days. The order status often then jumps directly to "in delivery".

Please contact us if you have not received your package 7 days after receiving the shipping confirmation!
