If you have not received your package, even though the tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please first check the tracking information. Your package may have been left with a neighbor or at a drop-off location. If you have checked this and still have not found your package, please contact [email protected] with your order number.

We will send you a form to fill out that states, that you have not received the package. As soon as you send us back this form, we can send you your lost package a second time.
