If you want to cancel your order, please write us a message at [email protected].

If your order has already left the warehouse, you must refuse to accept the shipment. This can also be done online in the DHL app. As soon as you send us proof that you have refused to accept the shipment, we can cancel your order.

If you paid for your order by bank transfer, please tell us your IBAN so that we can transfer the amount paid back to you.

If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited back to your credit card.
