We are sorry to hear that you want to return a product! There are two different cases:
1. You want to return an unopened product
In this case, you have 14 days after the contract has been concluded to notify us of the cancellation of contract at [email protected], stating your order number.
We can only accept your cancellation if the goods in question are unopened and in their original packaging - if you send us opened goods after canceling the contract, we unfortunately cannot refund them.
Our support team will send you a return label. Please do not send the goods back to us without this, it is required to register your return in the warehouse.
After receiving your goods and checking them, we will arrange your refund.
2. You want to return a defective product
You have a 2-year warranty after the contract has been concluded.
During this period, we offer returns for defective products with subsequent replacement delivery.
Please contact [email protected], stating the order number, the product in question and a brief description of the defect.
You will also be issued a return label for returning the goods.
After receiving and inspecting your goods, we will offer a replacement delivery with the same product or, if not available, a comparable product.
